Chicken Noodle + Meatball Soup / Mie Ayam Bakso

On a Lazy Sunday we enjoyed a special hot dish..... 



Hmmmm so gooooooooooood...


If I want to eat this in Indonesia, I just call the passing vendor. 
But here in Ankara I made it myself.
This is how I make the meatball :

500 gram minced beef or mix with chicken meat
1 white egg
1 tea sp Backing powder
2 tbl sp Corn starch / maizena
5 tbl sp Tapioca flour
6 tbl sp cold water
½ tea sp pepper 
½ tea sp sugar
½ tea sp garlic powder / fresh minced garlic
2 tea sp salt

Mix all the ingredients in food processor leave in freezer for 30 minutes.
Use your hand and spoon to round the meat ball, and drop it into boiling water.
